Within the restructuring projects our experts develop and execute anti-crisis strategy, optimize working capital and liquidity management, conduct negotiations for debt restructuring and recapitalization, raise bridge financing, as well as negotiate with potential strategic partners to strengthen the company and keep it going concern.

Claims against the holding totaled more than €1 billion. The matter consisted of leading the negotiation process on behalf of a consortium of investors, restructuring a bond issue before two pools of creditors, and structuring new debt and equity financing.
