International Conference for Scholars and Practitioners “Arbitration Disputes Involving Blocked Persons. Lessons for Russia and the EU”

On 17 February, the Russian International Affairs Council will host an International Conference for Scholars and Practitioners “Arbitration Disputes Involving Blocked Persons. Lessons for Russia and the EU." Guests include Attorney and BGP Litigation Partner Tatyana Neveeva and Attorney and Counsel with the Dispute Resolution and Bankruptcy practice, Ruslan Petruchak. Tatyana will elaborate on “The Lugovoy Law as a Particular Case of Unenforceability of an Arbitral Award”, while Ruslan will tell the audience about the distinctive features of anti-suit injunctions.
