BGP Litigation announces new appointments. Anastasia Dudko has been appointed as Counsel and will lead the intellectual property (IP) and technology practice group. In addition to her core role as the head of the firm's M&A team, Counsel Elena Rybalchenko will be responsible for the development of the firm's office in Saint Petersburg.

Elena Rybalchenko specialises in corporate law, including advising on business operations, M&As and asset restructurings in the O&G, energy, logistics, construction, FMCG, IT, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and healthcare sectors. Elena has advised on international M&As (including those exacerbated by the sale and purchase of distressed assets), JVs, business restructurings in the context of sanctions, corporate governance arrangements. Elena's experience covers foreign production localisation advice, including regulatory risk assessment and development of optimal models for selling goods in Russia as well as organising contract work. Elena has been ranked by Best Lawyers and Pravo-300. Prior to joining BGP Litigation, Elena worked at Pepeliaev Group.

Anastasia Dudko, attorney (advocate), specialises in IP law, IP dispute resolution, including copyright, patent, trademark and software protection. Her competences include IP compliance exercises and technology and IP transactional advice, including due diligence exercises. Anastasia is a recognised expert in art and culture law. Her clients include leading oil, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and IT companies, Russia's major banks, art organisations and show business personalities. Elena has been personally ranked by Kommersant Publishing House. Prior to joining BGP Litigation, Anastasia was an attorney (advocate) at Delcredere Bar Association where she managed IP projects.
