A team of BGP Litigation lawyers has supported a transaction involving acquisition of 65% of Moscow Digital School’s authorised capital by the educational holding company Ultimate Education. The BGP Litigation lawyers provided full support for the due diligence and preparation of the company to raise investment, and structuring of the transaction for the founders to sell part of their participatory interests in the authorised capital to the investors.
“For the Moscow Digital School, to join the holding company means to expand its student body and gain access to new educational online platforms, while for Ultimate Education it means to launch new educational products intended for the legal business community and gain a new audience.
