BGP Litigation has concluded a co-operation agreement with the UAE IFZA Dubai free economic zone as a continuation of its development strategy for its UAE representative office – its Middle East Desk. This was opened in partnership with BSA Ahmad Bin Hezeem & Associates LLP, one of the Middle East’s biggest law firms.
The IFZA Dubai international free economic zone is located in the Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai’s dynamically developing innovation space. It offers regional and international companies advantageous conditions and a transparent procedure for opening businesses, as well as an opportunity to take advantage of being based in the UAE and to optimise taxes.
“The official partnership with the IFZA Dubai free economic zone will enable us to fulfil more effectively the mandates of our clients preparing to develop business in the Middle East, including by relocating and redomiciling. Co-operation with the IFZA will help us build business structures of any complexity as efficiently and rapidly as possible by minimising the impediments to registering businesses or tax risks”, noted BGP Litigation Partner Timur Unarokov.
