BGP Litigation Strengthens the Competition Practice and Welcomes a New Counsel

BGP Litigation is happy to announce that Attorney Anna Bolshakova will join the firm as Counsel with our Competition practice.

For more than 12 years, Anna has been specialising in the application of the Competition Law, IP Law, and laws in the sphere of procurement and advertising. Anna possesses great experience of managing projects related to unfair competition, IP court cases, as well as commercial disputes involving antitrust issues. Anna is adept at devising complex antitrust compliance systems, as well as advising and representing companies in the course of antitrust investigations.

Prior to joining the Firm, Anna held the position of Deputy Head of the Legal Department at one of the largest territorial directorates of the FAS Russia, as well as worked as Head of Group with the antitrust practice of a Russian law firm and as junior partner at a consulting firm specialising in antitrust law.

Owing to her considerable personal contribution to implementing the state policies on the promotion of competition, Anna has received two letters of gratitude from I.Yu. Artemiev, Head of the FAS Russia. Anna is listed in The Legal 500 and Best Lawyers international rankings, as well as in the Russian ranking Pravo.Ru-300.

Anna is a member of the Association of Antitrust Experts and the Public Council under the Moscow FAS Directorate. She is also an active member of the Expert Council for the Application of the Laws on Unfair Competition and Advertising under the Moscow FAS Directorate.
