Before joining of BGP Litigation team, Philip Chirkov was in position of deputy director of the Department for Control over Aviation, Aerospace and Nuclear Industries of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation, earlier – the head of the Division for Antimonopoly Regulation of Wholesale and Retail Electric Power Markets of the Department for the control of electrical energy industry of the FAS RF.
