BGP Litigation strengthens its M&A Practice

BGP Litigation announces that Counsel Anna Sytina is joining its team, strengthening the M&A and Corporate Restructuring Practice.

Anna has specialised for over 15 years in supporting transactions involving sale and purchase of businesses, company reorganisation and liquidation, mergers and acquisitions under Russian and foreign law. She also advises clients on corporate governance and procedures, setting up joint ventures, issue of and business in securities. Anna also has profound expertise in complex corporate structuring and settling corporate conflicts.

Anna’s clients include oil and gas majors, leading telecommunications, industrial and IT companies, digital ecosystems, airlines, aggregators and companies in other business sectors. Before joining BGP Litigation, Anna was Counsel for the Russian law firm Infralex and worked for the international law firm Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. She graduated from the Law Faculty at NRU HSE and holds an LL.M from New York Law School.
