BGP Litigation Counsel Gayane Shtoyan became a member of the International Academy of Family Lawyers

Gayane Shtoyan, attorney-at-law, mediator, counsel in BGP Litigation's family law and private wealth practice, has been included in the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL).

The IAFL is a global association of legal practitioners who are recognised by their peers as the most experienced and qualified family law practitioners in their respective countries.

Gayane specialises in cross-border family law disputes. She has extensive experience in resolving complex family disputes with a foreign element. Gayane provides legal support in the enforcement of foreign court judgements in Russia and has unique experience in international parental child abduction and right of access cases under the 1980 Hague Convention. To become a member of the Academy, a candidate must fulfil a number of criteria, including many years of experience in the field of family law, significant experience in international family law projects and direct work in international family law, as well as references from leading experts in the field.
