Marat Samarskiy, BGP Litigation Compliance and Sanctions Law Practice Advocate and Senior Associate, was invited to the WorldECR Sanctions Practitioners Forum as an expert. 

His presentation covered a  comparison of the intended and a real effect of the sanctions imposed on the Russian economy, as well as the effectiveness of the countermeasures introduced by Russia to counter foreign restrictions.
