Anna Ivanova specializes in labour law projects, labor protection, handling individual and collective labour disputes, development of incentive programs for top managers, and complex issues of migration law. She has extensive experience of resolving conflicts out of court and negotiating complex layoffs, transfers and changes in working terms and conditions due to reorganization. Her clients include leading companies in the automotive, tobacco and alcohol industries, as well as international IT companies and major Russian banks. An active member of a working group under the State Duma Committee on Labour, Social Policy and Veterans' Affairs. Directly participated in drafting the bill on remote work and the bill on electronic HR document management. Prior to joining BGP Litigation, Anna served as the head of the labor law practice at Egorov, Puginsky, Afanasiev & Partners and Linklaters International Law Firm.
