Anton specialises in supporting bankruptcy procedures, as well as advising on construction and bankruptcy disputes before commercial courts and courts of general jurisdiction. He handles asset searches, levying execution on assets, challenging the debtor’s transactions, holding the debtor’s controlling persons subsidiarily liable and recovering damages from them, debt restructuring, commercial and corporate disputes. Prior to joining BGP Litigation, Anton was the head of the Claims Division of the Russian Law Firm “Benderskiy & Partners”, took part in joint projects with State Corporation “Deposit Insurance Agency” related to bankruptcies of major banks.
