Denis specializes in international tax planning and the development of effective holding structures. Prior to joining the BGP Litigation team, Denis provided international tax planning services to high-net-worth individuals, family offices and corporate clients, before that he worked at the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation, supervised field tax audits of large taxpayers in Moscow, where cross-border transactions were present, and advised territorial tax authorities on complex international tax issues. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the Pennsylvania State University (PennState Law, USA).
