Dmitry specialises in developing, substantiating, and advancing initiatives for legislative improvements. He has a proven track record of implementing projects establishing industry associations and introducing the institute of public services ombudsman, as well as effectively promoting their agenda for improving the regulatory climate. Before joining the BGP Litigation team, he acted as the COO of one of the leading non-state institute of development, Head of Capital Raising Division at Sber, and Deputy CEO of an additive technologies start-up. He has worked for a number of leading international law firms (Cleary Gottlieb, Dentons). Dmitry obtained his Master’s Degree from the Moscow State University and his Bachelor’s degree from the HSE University. He is the author and convenor of the educational program “Legal Aspects of advancing Initiatives for Legislative Development (GR)” at the HSE University.
