Ekaterina specialises in international tax planning and developing efficient holding and trade structures, advising individuals on changes in their tax residency and filing tax returns with the Russian tax authorities, calculation of income of controlled foreign companies, and assisting with the drafting of financial reports. Ekaterina has also supported projects that dealt with the concept of actual right to income. Ekaterina graduated from the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL) with a diploma in international law and translation in the sphere of business communications (English and French). She has received a MSAL Master’s degree in tax consulting and a Master of Laws (LLM) from the Pericles International Business Law center. Listed in Pravo.Ru-300 ranking.
