Ekaterina specialises in supporting commercial disputes and disputes in insolvency (bankruptcy) cases. She has profound expertise in the sphere of regulation of bankruptcy procedures, including bankruptcies of individuals, and the experience of assisting clients in complex situations, including disputes on challenging transactions related to levying execution on assets and disputes on the subsidiary liability of the debtor’s controlling persons. She is a graduate of the Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes of the Lomonosov Moscow State University, as well as of the German Law School (University of Regensburg).
