Elena specialises in corporate law, including advising on business operations, M&As and asset restructurings in the O&G, energy, logistics, construction, FMCG, IT, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and healthcare sectors. Elena has advised on international M&As (including those exacerbated by the sale and purchase of distressed assets), JVs, business restructurings in the context of sanctions, corporate governance arrangements. Elena's experience covers foreign production localisation advice, including regulatory risk assessment and development of optimal models for selling goods in Russia as well as organising contract work. Elena has been ranked by Best Lawyers and Pravo-300. Prior to joining BGP Litigation, Elena worked at Pepeliaev Group. Elena graduated from the Faculty of Law and Economic Security of the Saint Petersburg State University of Economics.
