Gayane specialises in legal support in family conflicts, including in the protection of the rights of minors and victims of domestic abuse. She represents clients before the European Court of Human Rights and provides legal support of enforcement of foreign judgements. Gayane’s professional interests also encompass economic and civil disputes, as well as commercial and criminal proceedings. She graduated with honours from the Law Faculty of the Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod and serves as a professional mediator at the Russian Academy of Lawyers and Notaries. She is a certified trainer of the HELP European Human Rights Programme. Gayane collaborates with the country’s leading educational establishments and teaches advanced professional development courses for attorneys organised by the Federal Chamber of Lawyers of the Russian Federation. Gayane is the founder of the “Children Have the Right to Be under Law” Project, where lawyers help to return children unlawfully taken across the border by one of the parents.
