Maxim has nearly 15 years’ experience of acting for clients in Russian courts and international commercial arbitration (including under the rules of the LCIA, ICC, SCC, SAC, SIAC, PCA and the ICAC under the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry), and of coordinating court proceedings in foreign courts. His practice focuses on disputes arising from complex technological projects, M&A, and foreign trade in general. Maxim is also developing forensic research and global asset search activities, including strategies for attachment of assets, collection of evidence and fulfilment of arbitration and judicial decisions abroad.
