Natalia specialises in the resolution of disputes in international arbitration. Natalia’s practical experience of dispute resolution (her practice in both Russian and German jurisdictions) encompasses various areas, including real estate, foreign trade, construction, natural resources, and banks. Natalia has had the experience of representing clients in complex cross-border disputes before international courts and arbitral tribunals (the ICC, LCIA, VIAC, ICAC, HKIAC, ICJ, PCA, ECHR, CAS) and foreign courts (of the UK, BVI, US, Cyprus, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, etc.). Natalia has also served as an arbitrator. Natalia heads the Young IMA’s Sports Arbitration Group, co-chairs that organisation, and participates in other associations of young arbitration practitioners (DIS40, RAA40, YIAG, ISLA). Natalia has authored a number of publications on dispute resolution. Apart from Russian, Natalia is fluent in German and English. Listed in Best Lawyers and Legal 500 rankings. She graduated with honours from the International Law Faculty of the MGIMO University, where she continues her post-graduate research and teaches international arbitration.
