Ruslan has been practicing resolution of disputes in real estate and construction, finance and automotive sector, as well as disputes on corporate issues and obligations before commercial courts and courts of general jurisdiction for over 10 years. He specialises in managing litigation-related projects in civil, administrative, corporate law, and bankruptcies. He has outstanding experience of advising clients on developing the strategy and tactics in bankruptcy cases, both on the side of the creditor and on the side of the debtor. His experience encompasses representing major Russian and foreign clients in multi-faceted legal proceedings, including concerning corporate conflicts, cross-border commercial disputes, disputes with the state authorities, as well as representing clients in enforcement proceedings and related disputes. As an Attorney with the Moscow Bar Association, he has acted as its authorised representative in litigations at the courts of all levels. In 2010, he graduated with honours from the Lomonosov Moscow State University’s Faculty of Law. Ruslan teaches law at the top law schools and has authored a number of monographs and academic articles. Before joining BGP Litigation, Ruslan held the position of a judge.
