Sofia advises clients on various issues regarding inheritance, including complex assistance for the inheritance procedures abroad, divorce, division of property of the spouses, protection of the children’s interests, issues connected with the family and inheritance disputes. Sofia's experience includes preparation of wills, both personal and joint wills of the spouses, documentation of the inheritance foundation, nuptial agreements, alimony agreements. Sofia is involved in complex family and estate planning projects, asset structuring, including Russian aspects of creation of trusts. She is also a member of the Middle East Desk and advises clients on family and inheritance law in the UAE. Sofia graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University Law School in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree. In 2019 she received her Master's degree in Jurisprudence at Lomonosov Moscow State University (the “International Economic (Commercial) Law” program). Sofia joined to BGP Litigation in 2022.
