Tatyana Neveeva has extensive experience of representing Russian and international clients both before state courts and international arbitral tribunals, including under the rules of the ICAC at the Russian CCI, ICC, SCC, and LCIA. She specialises in the resolution of corporate conflicts and disputes arising out of construction of large infrastructure objects, as well as projects that require coordination of arbitral and state court proceedings in several jurisdictions at once. Tatyana has many years of experience supporting M&A projects. Among Tatyana’s clients are leading energy companies, industrial and oil and gas enterprises, construction and logistics companies, as well as top FMCG companies and major retailers.
Tatyana is a graduate of the Kutafin Moscow State Law University and holds LL.M. degrees from the Manchester University (2005) and the University of Durham (2007).
