For over 20 years, Timofey Nosov’s practice has focused on commercial and corporate law, M&A and dispute resolution, including in the Supreme Court. He has successful experience of fulfilling mandates for major Russian corporations in the UAE, in particular relocation and incorporation, currency regulation, advising on real estate, corporate law and asset structuring. Before joining BGP Litigation, Timofey headed legal services as director and vice-president of four major holding companies: Industrial Group MAIR (metallurgy), ARKS (construction), AZIMUT Hotels (hotel business) and Volga-Dnepr (freight aviation, with offices throughout the world, including China and the UAE). Timofey has also worked successfully in consulting, acting for well-known international companies in court and during conclusion of transactions. In addition, in four sets of court proceedings, Timofey represented the Russian Government in the RF Supreme Court. Timofey graduated from Moscow State University in 2000. He is the Chairman of the Law Committee of the Russian Managers Association.
