Valentina has profound expertise in cases on the protection of human dignity both in Russia and internationally. She has defended clients on multiple occasions before the Constitutional Court, the European Court of Human Rights, and the UN treaty bodies. She specialises in family law in civil, criminal, and administrative proceedings, as well as in structuring family assets and inheritance planning. She efficiently supports disputes on the protection of honour and dignity, divorce actions, disputes on the partition of property and determination of access and visitation rights. Valentina’s professional interests also encompass socially important projects for the protection of the rights of women, children, and disabled persons. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Herzen University and obtained a Master’s degree from the University College London. Valentina teaches at the Kutafin Moscow State Law University. She has received an award from the Saint Petersburg Chamber of Advocates for successful defense in a high-profile criminal case.
