Vladimir specialises in resolution of bankruptcy, banking and damages recovery disputes. He has handled a large number of bankruptcy and corporate dispute projects involving big Russian and international companies. He is a specialist in bankruptcy compliance and legal regulation of banking control matters (Law No. 115-FZ). Vladimir takes part in the work of the Expert Council on Financial Competence under the Bank of Russia and the working group on finances under the Business Ombudsman in Moscow. He is recognised in the Kommersant, Pravo300 and Best Lawyers ratings. Before joining BGP Litigation, he headed the Dispute Resolution Practice at the Arbitrazh.ru law firm and its Moscow office, and worked in the judicial administration of the VTB and Societe Generale (Russia) banking groups. Vladimir is a regular speaker at professional conferences, lectures at M-Logos and other institutes for further training of lawyers and finance directors. He graduated from the Law Faculty of the Russian People’s Friendship University.
