Vladimir has worked in the field of criminal law and procedure for over 20 years. He possesses vast experience of investigating economic crimes and crimes by public officials. Vladimir specialises in defending the owners and managers of large businesses, chairmen of the management boards of banks, members of the parliament and heads of the executive authorities in complex criminal cases on economic and corruption-related crimes. Throughout his years of work, he has succeeded in having many criminal cases terminated and in procuring many judgments of acquittal. He is an expert at the Center for Public Procedures "Business against Corruption" under the Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights. Before joining our team at BGP Litigation, Vladimir was a Partner with the Criminal Defence of Business practice at Feoktistov and Partners Law Firm. He had also previously been the head of an investigative division with the Investigative Committee of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation for the Penza Region.
