Vladislav specialises in projects in the field of aviation and private asset finance. Vladislav's experience covers a wide range of aircraft finance matters, including operational lease, finance lease, sales of aircraft and engines, regulatory issues of aircraft operation (air, customs, and tax law issues), repossession and redelivery of aircraft, structuring of aircraft flights subject to Russian and international regulatory restrictions, as well as aviation disputes. Vladislav has advised Russian and foreign airlines in the first Russian projects related to the structuring of air transportation in view of cabotage restrictions, as well as successfully challenged illegal actions and decisions of the customs authorities in relation to aircraft confiscation. Prior to joining BGP Litigation, Vladislav worked in the finance practice of the international law firm Clifford Chance, a leader in the Russian market of aircraft finance and banking. Before that, Vladislav worked at Rolls-Royce, one of the top aerospace manufacturers and a provider of airline technical support services. Vladislav is a member of expert groups under the Rosaviation and the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.
